Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2–3 business days.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
2. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $99.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
Due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship to certain states where hemp-derived Delta 9 products are prohibited. These restrictions will be noted during checkout if applicable.
Returns Policy
We hope you love ADAPTAPHORIA as much as we do. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Refund & Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to the consumable nature of our beverages.
2. Refund Policy
If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Return Process
Contact Us: Email us at returns@adaptaphoria.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a replacement, please request a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hi@adaptaphoria.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or partially consumed beverages.
- Products purchased from third-party retailers.
